写真は全く無関係にアテネの朝の人気タベルナ周辺の様子。祭りの後、と、日々繰り返す新しい1日を迎えるための作業、に共通するものがあるなぁ、と思ったので、あながち無関係ともいえません、よね?
One of my brothers took part in "The 2nd Tokushima Marathon" and ran through in 4'25 hours. He was chagrined he couldn't reach his targeted record to run within 4 hours, but still he managed to finish it and the time was far shorter than last year's. Congrats to him! Congrats to all the runners! I admire him and all the participants for having the guts and sweat to run. They are super! They are cooool! Seeing them running made me wanna run too. (Oh, yes, I am too indulgent to run a marathon!)
The photo on the left I took in Athens in a morning. People took their time preparing for the day. I love seeing people doing their everyday things. They have something sincere and sacred, whether they are just a face wash or sweeping a street:)
