出そう、と思いながら出せずにいたら、つい先ほど私の思い人から便りが届きました。なんとまさかの素敵なお知らせ！驚きと感動と嬉しさと温かさでいっぱいになりました。いつもいつも幸せを願ってる。来年はいい年になるよ。会いに行くから。きっと行くから。

このクリスマスは、この森とあの古寺に友達を連れて行くことができて、ホンマによかった。わざわざ徳島まで来てもらった甲斐があったな♪おいしいものも食べまくったので、かなり太ってしまった週明けです。年越しに向けて気持ちも引き締めよっかな。

w/iPhone @Joroku-ji temple

I just can't help it. So I went out for shooting in the forest and the usual temple in / after the rain though it was cold. (In fact it was the coldest day this year here.)
I could hardly keep myself from smiling walking alone on the fallen wet leaves. I don't think I could take very good photos but I am kind of satisfied now.
So this is winter. We're running out of 2011, a year full of dreadful things as well as lovely ones.  What have you done? What will you do before you have another new year?

やらなきゃならんことをしなくても、まあエエかー、って済ませてしまうのに、こればかりはやらないと気持ち悪いようなぽこっと穴が空いたような気がしそうで。
雨だ！とばかりに、森林公園といつもの古寺へ行ってきた。今日はやっと冬らしい気候、とはいえ、この時期に似つかわしくない大雨も降ったりしたけれど。カメラいっぱい持って、かなり首と腰にヤバい感じだけど、しかもやったー、って思うようなのは全く撮れなかったけれど、それでも木々に囲まれて濡れた落ち葉の上を歩いてるだけで思わず笑ってしまう。まあまあ満足、でもまだ緑の葉っぱの古寺、近々行っちゃいそう。

フィルムのが上がるのは年を越してしまうかも？今日は他のiPhone写真をこちらに大概アップしました。

さて、来週からはまた忙しくなるぞー。お節料理、どうしようかな。。。

a ritual in december

いつもの古寺へ。例年ならもうちょっと色づいてたけれど、やはり青々しているか、枯れ色でちりちりになっているか、でした。寂しい。とはいえ、写真を撮っていたらやはり気分は高揚、と同時に穏やかに。
他の写真は例の場所へアップしました。見てくださると嬉しい。

Today I paid my usual visit to the old temple where I take photos of cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. The leaves are not as good as normal and the colors haven't turned red or yellow yet because of this unusual weather; too much rain in summer and fall and too much warmth. But I felt spirited and at the same time calm & peaceful taking photos there:))

どうしても、山から来たのであろうこの野葡萄（写真も雑貨もセレクトのセンスのすばらしいお友達から誕生日プレゼントにいただきました！嬉しすぎる。涙涙）。

ポラロイドで撮りたい！

と、思いまして、残っていたImpossible のフィルムを全部使ったけれど（と言っても４枚だったけれど）、全滅。きーーーっとなってたら、あったのです、冷蔵庫の奥に１パックだけ、600フィルムが！！
あああ、なんてありがたい・・・！色はでないけれど、今日の被写体にはちょうどいい感じ。(blogger にアップするとなんでだか色が少し変わってしまう＞＿＜；ホンマはこんなに赤くないですー。）

12月。風が冷たくなって行くのと調べを同じくして、気持ちもきゅきゅっと引き締めて。

December has another name, "Shiwasu" (師走) in Japanese, which literally means teachers run around. The word is thought to come from the fact that in a traditional custom people visited Ise Shrine at least once in a lifetime, and there were 御師, who are said to have been the world earliest tour guides, arranging the miscellaneous things for the visits. The guides got very busy around new year when a lot of people visited Ise Shrine, running around to guide those people. And the month of December came to be called Shiwasu, which is just one story believed as the origin of the name:)

I got this dried vine of porcelain berry as a b-day present form a loveliest friend! I had an intense impulse to take a photo of this with the SX-70, so I used up the rest of Impossible films in vain:(( But I just found a pack of 600 film left in the back of the fridge! Wow!! Long time no see you! The film doesn't produce colors the way it used to be (it's expired in July 2009), but I think the condition goes very well with this dried plant. How do you like it?
