w/LOMO LC-A+; Oct24, 2010
(wanna see other photos?)
I had uploaded digital pics taken in Kochi. I'd appreciate it if you would take a look at the pics on tumblr.
ahh...wanna see the fall leaves in Kyoto! I'll try to squeeze my schedule some day...When???! I've decided to stay here for this holiday season due to my unemployment benefit issue( which means...I may get another invitation to their office for reporting my job hunting result!). By next April, I'm sure I'm gonna exhaust my bennie...so I'm free to go anywhere, free to start doing anything I want! whoo hooooo! 2011 would be awesome!
ReplyDeleteah, yes. The drought in this summer totally damaged trees. I don't see much of beautiful red trees at all...many of them just dried up or turned yellow/brown. boo. I hope they're still alive and show a happy young green next spring! So, finally having a real fall in Japan? Good! Can't wait to see your fall colored pics!!!
Today...we are celebrating a NY Marathon day. It's a crisp & sunny day. A perfect day for the marathon.
Have a joyful autumn day!
Hanabanana
Totally wish I could photograph a field of cosmos. So pretty...and the lomo makes it all appear so magical. Great work!

ReplyDeleteIndeed. However intensely you desire something, the conditions sometimes won't allow you it:(( It's also the case with me now...
As you say, that depends on the way of thinking: you can take something in a positive way. I'm looking forward to your new start!
I believe in the power of nature. The trees look damaged a lot, but they'll bring out new green, I hope. But we must be more considerate and modest about our environment, right?
Today I'm going to the office for the meeting, but on the way there there're some maple trees along the street and they are now beautiful in red and yellow! I'll stop to take some photos of them:)
WOW! NYC Marathon! I knew it in a comic I loved, and I wanna see it some day...
Have a nice week ahead, hana chan!
@jonathanfleming
ReplyDeleteThanks for your compliment, jonathan!
I hear you don't see many cosmos fields like this in the U.S. Hmmm, I thought of this flower a typical autumn feature everywhere in the in the Temperate Zone.
I hope you will come to Japan next autumn for cosmos and autumn colored leaves!;))
Enjoy your autumn in SF and let me see it for now:D
Indeed, all these autumn photos from Japan make us want to visit so badly! I've only been to Japan in the spring. I'll really try to come next fall =)
ReplyDeleteYes. Spring in Japan is beautiful, but autumn is even more so for me. It may be because I was born in autumn;D I love each season, though:))
