My sleep rhythm has been disturbed even more recently; I sleep late till noon, or when I wake up in the early morning, I have a looooooong catnap during the day. To improve my body and mind, I know I definitely must keep good hours. I wish I could go to bed around 10, but due to my job, it' impossible at all. I just have to do with sleeping time from around midnight to 7. (I suspect I will even be able to do that.)
