昨夜ナニ食べた？

V for ... velo

I miss this bike very much. This is an old rusty bike but has a nice flavor. It makes me travel to those old days in my imagination.

I always took this bike with my cameras but it's gone, no longer you can find this bike out there.

I bicycled every day in my school days for about 10 years! I was a very fast biker because I was almost too late for the most mornings. I hated riding my bicycle on rainy days, and sometimes got tired of it. But for recent years I crave for a bicycle and that may be because I just can't help taking photos of bicycles around. With some exceptions, bicycles are pretty and convenient, eco-friendly tool, and have an old nostalgic feel so I love them:)

もう見ることのない自転車。あの場所へ行ったらいつも必ず撮ってたのだけど。このぼろぼろ具合錆び具合がなんともいい味わいで、一瞬時間を遡る旅をさせてくれる。そういえば昔は通学は自転車だった。遅刻しかけ常習犯（実際遅刻もしてしまってたけれど）だったので、どんどん漕ぐのが速くなり、４０分かかってた道も１年経つ頃には２０分で行けるようになっていた。もうすっかり自転車から遠ざかってしまったこの数年、自転車が欲しくてたまらない。だから外へ行くと自転車を撮ってしまうのかも。例外はあるけれど自転車はフォルムが美しくて便利でエコフレンドリーで、しかも懐かしさを感じさせてくれる。自転車っていいなぁ。

This is Yoda, 13 yrs old, which is 68 yrs of age in human terms. Koma, Yoda's mother cat, is 16 yrs old, about 80 yrs in human terms!! Wow. Usually I don't think they are that old. They're doing fine, fortunately, and very active, not catching a cold:)) It can be said lucky probably. I do hope they will keep on kicking. Thanks a million my loved cats!!

ふと気になって、年齢を考えてみたら、ヨーダ（１３歳）で人間でいうところの６８歳、コマ（１６歳）に至っては８０歳！このページによると様々なトラブルが出てくる年齢のようだけど、幸いなことに、そこにかかれてあるような症状は一切ない。あ！！シマさん（１５歳）の夜中のあの異様な行動は・・・ボケの初期症状？！そうか、そうだったのか・・・でも病気もせずに足腰も元気で目もよく見えて、ホンマにラッキーなんやなぁ、としみじみしてしまった。このまま元気で穏やかに過ごせますように。

（ちなみに・・・前のブログは「カイエ」＝ノートブック、の意味でした。今更すぎ？？？＾＾；）
